Orders are processed when credit card transactions have been authorized and approved. Standard delivery orders should arrive within 3-8 business days if in stock. If not in stock jewelry will be shipped in approximately 4-6 weeks . Rates: $10 for orders under $500 $14 FedEx Ground For orders $501 to $1,000 $20 FedEx Ground For orders $1,001 to $1500 $24 FedEx Ground For orders $1501 to $2000 $28 FedEx Ground For orders $2001 to $2500 $33 FedEx Ground For orders $2501 to $3000 $38 FedEx Ground For orders over $3000
Shipping to International and U.S. Territories, policy Shipping charges to International locations and US Territories outside the continental United States will be determined by weight upon shipping. Shipping carriers (US Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL, and UPS) and type of service (i.e., ground, overnight, 2-day, express, priority) to these areas can be determined by the buyer.Our jewelry is made to order for wholesale customers. It is strongly suggested that you place orders with serious consideration. Online and telephone orders require a 50% credit card deposit. Item Returns The jewelry is made-to-order for retailers and therefore not returnable with the exception of defects or that the jewelry does not come as ordered. Returns because items are defective or not as ordered must be communicated to Silver Moon Jewelry to receive a return authorization (see "Return Authorizations" below). These items must be returned within seven days of receipt of jewelry. Returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged for a merchandise credit reduced by a 15% restocking fee. Items are unreturnable after 30 days. All sale merchandise is Final (no returns). Repairs We stand behind the quality of all our merchandise. If a product breaks, please send it back for repair. Some pieces can be repaired locally and others have to be sent back to Israel for repair. Please allow up to eight weeks for repair of an item that must be returned to Israel. Return Authorizations All returns of merchandise require prior authorization. Please call (248) 851-5575 to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with a copy of the original receipt to: Shipping Charges: The minimum amount of a first wholesale order is $500. This order minimum does not apply to reorders.
